She holds a master's degree in energy and environmental planning from COPPE/UFRJ and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from UFRJ. My diversified career path has endowed me with a unique, market-integrated perspective.
Her professional journey includes serving as an environmental consultant at a global consultancy, a sustainability analyst at Brazil's largest private company, a program coordinator at an education-focused foundation, and a technical manager at a national business association. These varied roles have shaped me into a distinguished professional with a deep understanding of sustainability challenges.
She has a solid expertise in Energy & Climate Change and Sustainable Finance, further demonstrated by my leadership as a team leader and senior manager at WayCarbon, where I tackled the intersection of business and sustainability. Currently, I lead a growth team in climate consultancy at Future Climate and hold a position in the Net Zero Ambition Movement from the Global Compact, reflecting my commitment to integrating sustainability into economic decisions.

Es Account Manager en Transclor desde enero de 2021, donde gestiona la cartera completa de productos para todos los clientes de la compañía. En paralelo, desarrolló el mercado de Policloruro de Aluminio en polvo para todo Latinoamérica. Anteriormente, fue Responsable de Área en la empresa con mayor prestación de servicios de agua potable y tratamiento de efluentes en Argentina. Franco es Ingeniero Químico, graduado en 2023 en la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional de Buenos Aires, y actualmente está cursando un Máster in Business Administration (MBA).
